How long does it take to book my VANCAB Transfer ?
Transfer on reservation before 24 hours.
It's best to book for long-distance journeys (airport/station transfers, long-distance journeys outside France).

Is it easy to make a reservation?

How many people can you carry?
Our company VANCAB Transfert has Mercedes Benz vehicles of the type Sedan and Classe V and Vito thus going from 1 to 8 seats.
For larger groups, we also have the capacity to make several VANs and Minibuses available to customers.
How much luggage can you carry?
Our EXTRAS LARGES VANs are ideal for carrying eight passengers and all their travel necessities. It has enough space for up to 5-12 pieces of luggage, depending on its size. Please inform your driver if you have fragile items in your luggage.
Please specify the number of luggage items and size when booking via form.
Hand luggage can be carried in the passenger compartment if there is no space left in the rear of the vehicle.
We insure the transport of your bicycles, skis, snowboards, surfboards, bulky items and similar items (musical instruments and wheelchairs). Items must not exceed 3 meters in length and must be properly packed.
Is your company VANCAB Transfert equipped with children's wheelchairs ?
Of course, as your child's safety is priceless, we don't charge extra for the use of a child seat.
We have seats for both small and medium-sized children. Please specify their ages when booking.
What happens when you're picked up at Paris stations and airports?
When you make your reservation, tell us your flight or train number for transfers to Paris stations or airports (CDG, ORLY, BEAUVAIS, LE BOURGET, VATRY), and we'll take care of the rest.
A driver will welcome you with a sign bearing your name at the station (at the head of the train), just as he does at the airport after baggage claim.
Is a pet allowed in the vehicle?
Yes, in its transport cage or a small bag designed for the purpose.
For the visually impaired, the pet dog is allowed into the passenger compartment with its owner, once a protective film has been installed.
I can't find my driver?
Don't worry, you'll have his contact details, and if by any chance he's had a little problem with traffic or parking and is running a little late, he'll certainly have notified you by SMS.
