Terms and conditions of use
Responsibilities :
VANCAB Transfert is a VTC Van or Sedan passenger transport company in the Paris region and France. Each reservation on vancabtransfer.com systematically implies our customers' acceptance of these general conditions of use. Booking services online on our site binds our customers to all these rules.
Booking rules :
Reservations must be made in advance (before 24 hours) and will be confirmed by us.
Our rates are all-inclusive and fixed, including baggage, personal transport and excluding freeway tolls.
Passenger-customer responsibilities :
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke (unless prior arrangements have been made), or to carry dangerous, flammable or toxic substances inside our vehicles. The customer will be held responsible for any failure to comply with these conditions, and Van Cab Transfer will pursue any possible recourse.
- Any delay in transport times due to unforeseeable traffic problems will not give any right to compensation.
- VANCAB Transfer also reserves the right to subcontract all private transport services to transport companies selected by VANCAB Transfert.
Insurance :
VANCAB Transfert is committed to providing its passengers with the best possible safety conditions and the shortest possible journey times to their destinations.
In terms of civil liability, our insurance contracts cover all direct material damage and bodily injury caused to the passenger, up to a limit set by the current insurance contract. With the exception of damage caused by the customer's own responsibility, from the start of service to the end of service, both actions included.
All our partners are insured by solvent insurance companies, covering all risks relating to their business, in compliance with current legislation.
Resolutions :
This site complies with the French law of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy, as a VTC digital platform. These general terms and conditions of use are governed by French law, and any disputes relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the Commercial Court.
